I pack and send your orders with all my love and gratitude from Singapore. If your order is received on Saturdays or Sundays, I promise to send your parcel under 48h.
In which country do you ship to?
I ship my products in Singapore, to Mainland France and over the world.
When my order will arrive?
For a shipping in Singapore: from 1 to 8 days.
For a shipping to others countries: from 7 to 21 days.
Please keep in mind that it is an estimation time.
all my posters/postcards are not in stock in big quantity , that sometimes include time to reprint in Singapore /5 days
Can I track my order
For a shipping in Singapore
For a shipping to France, I will provide you a SingPost tracking number with the webpage URL to track your parcel.
In all cases, I will send you a picture of your parcel just before posting.
Can I change my address ?
Yes, you can change your address in your account, in “addresses” section (follow this link).
Warning: if your order is already shipped, you can’t change your address as the postal service have already dispatched the parcel.

Is your site secure?
Your e-commerce transaction will be place on a WooCommerce and WordPress platform hosting in Bluehost with a SSL certificate. Yes, that’s why you see a little lock near the URL of Dgers-entertainment website.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”), and the other specific conditions which may be fixed, relate to the website dgers-entertainment.com, as well as the conditions for the purchase of products online.

The use of the services of the Website, as well as the acquisition of one of the products presented, implies acceptance on the part of the customer or the user, without any reservation, of all and each of these Terms . The registration on the Website and the use of the services imply that his contact details as a User will now be part of the files of dgers-entertainment, and their treatment will be in accordance with what is provided for within the framework of the Privacy Policy, which the User expressly acknowledges and accepts.
dgers-entertainment provides product informations, and offers the possibility of acquiring them via the Website. Those wishing to acquire products must complete the corresponding registration form before any purchasing process and follow the steps that dgers-entertainment will indicate on the Website.
These Terms as well as the Privacy policies and the legal notices of the Website are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and the purchase of products via the latter and they replace any other condition. Consequently, the User accessing the Website, who registers there and realizes the purchase of products via the Website, agrees to submit to these conditions and to be bound by the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the legal notices, as they were written when he accessed the Website.
Any User who registers on the Website must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Informations on the products
The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos concerning dgers-entertainment products, as well as the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any type displayed on the Website, are intended to provide the greatest information possible, however, the User must consider the fact that they are only there for information and that they are therefore not exhaustive.
dgers-entertainment reserves the right to modify, at any time, the products presented to Users through the Website. Thus, dgers-entertainment can at any time add new products to those already listed on the Website. Unless otherwise provided, it is clear that these products will also be governed by the provisions of the Terms in force on that date.
Likewise, dgers-entertainment reserves the right to no longer give access to certain products presented on the Website, at any time and without notice.
In the case that, for cases of force majeure, a product is no longer available after having made the purchase, dgers-entertainment will inform the User by email of the total or, if applicable, partial cancellation of their order. The partial cancellation of the order does not open the right to the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal which belongs to the User in accordance with what is set out in these Terms.
3. Purchase procedure
To purchase a product, the User who must be over eighteen (18) years old, must select the product he wishes to buy and add it to his Basket. After completing the choice of products to be purchased, the User must click on the “Place order” button. The selected products will then be displayed for their purchase and the User will have to choose from the options available for the delivery of products to the address indicated as well as for the method of payment. Finally, the User must click on the “Confirm order” button.
The data provided to dgers-entertainment through the corresponding form constitutes elements of identification allowing access to the system and making purchases. They are personal and in no case transferable.
4. Delivery times
Deliveries in Singapore take approximately 1 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday) with SingPost from the confirmation of payment by the Customer. For deliveries in France or others countries, the deadline can be 7 to 21 working days (Monday to Friday) with SingPost. Once the package is delivered to the post service, the Customer receives an email with the tracking number of the shipment and a picture of the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.
In the event that the customer receives the package in poor condition, the recipient of the latter must sign with reserve (for example, indicating the damage to the packaging).
5. Payment methods
The payment methods accepted by dgers-entertainment are:
5-1. Stripe /Paypal / Payment transfer
The Customer will have a form integrated into the Website on the Checkout page. Stripe is a secure payment solution. After making the payment, it will be redirected to dgers-entertainment.
5-2. Cash
Cash payment is only possible if the User chooses a self-collection in Singapore only.
6. Delivery fees

- Singapore delivery: flat rate of 8 Singapore Dollars.
- Delivery to France (mainland : 20 dollars for posters and postcards

7. Other characteristics of the purchase
- Shipments are entrusted to Singpost, Singapore’s national post service.
- Shipping costs are exempt from VAT (our products don’t carry VAT) and do not include any other taxes, duties, customs duties or surcharges.
- We means delivery, the delivery of the items to the home or to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their order. The delivery areas are limited to those which have been specified above.
- dgers-entertainment delivers orders to postal services within a maximum of 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal services.
8. Taxes
Prices are exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, duties, customs duties or surcharges are applied.
9. Prices
The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Site when the Customer confirms his order.
10. Validity
Made By You Arts reserves the right to modify, without notice, the prices, articles, promotions and other commercial conditions displayed on the Site.
11. Waiver
In the event that MADE BY YOU does not require strict execution on the part of the User of one of the obligations which it must assume under a contract or these Terms and in the event that MADE BY YOU n does not exercise the rights or actions corresponding to it under this contract or these Terms, this will in no case result in a waiver or limitation as to his rights or actions and will not release the User from any of his obligations .
